Orders and delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 working days.
The estimated delivery times are then as follows:
France and Belgium: 5 to 9 working days.
Other European countries: 7 to 12 working days.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Is delivery free?
Yes, tracked delivery is free on all orders, everywhere in Europe.

Go to the Track my order page and enter your order number to check its status.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.
Our 30-day commercial return guarantee also allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our return conditions.
How do I request a refund?

Our team usually replies within 24 to 48 working hours.

Each product page shows the recommended skin tones for each shade.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We recommend checking the ingredients listed on each product page.
If your skin is particularly sensitive or if you have any doubts, do a test on a small area 24 hours before first use.
